Life of Riley Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) foster-based organization based in Oregon. We are looking for someone to fulfill the important role of Foster Coordinator. Our primary focus is rescuing at-risk dogs from California shelters.
Duties include:
- Recruit, screen and provide care information to foster parents
- Match a dog-in-need with a foster home
- Coordinate transport of dogs to the foster home
- Order supplies for the foster
- Act as the foster parent's main point of contact
- Schedule vet appointments
- Schedule spays/neuters
- Prepare and send out Foster Contracts
- Monitor the health and behavior of dogs in foster care by staying in touch with the foster
Must have:
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible
- Laptop/computer/phone

We are a 501(c)(3) foster-based dog rescue located in Oregon. We focus on saving dogs from high-kill shelters in California. Our primary goal is to get at-risk dogs out of these environments and into foster homes or directly to an adopter.
