This is a great opportunity to make a difference in our community by helping provide food to those who are in need. As a volunteer, you will play an essential role in the success of our event. We need your help with setting up tables, sorting food, distributing to clients, and cleaning up afterward.
This event occurs the second and fourth Monday of the month. If you are interested in volunteering please head to https://friendlycenter.org/volunteer/ to complete an interest form. We welcome all volunteers, regardless of your level of experience or ability. Together, we can make a positive impact on our community and help those who need it most. Description
WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
