Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference and help shape the future of technology? Our non-profit is looking for a Google Ads Manager to join our team and help us create and manage successful Google Ads campaigns.

As a Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the team and share your expertise to ensure that our campaigns are successful.

We are looking for someone with a passion for innovation and who is eager to learn and stay up to date on the latest Google Ads trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, be able to analyze and interpret data, and have a proven track record of success in managing Google Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization
  • Develop strategies to reach target audiences and drive conversions
  • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure campaigns are efficient and cost effective
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, rate, cost, and click-through rate
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maximize performance
  • Utilize advanced features such as re-marketing, dynamic search ads, and automated bidding
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for Google Ads optimization
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are meeting organizational goals
  • Launch new campaigns
  • Developing and bidding on keywords
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Knowledge of best practices for Google Ads optimization
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Google Ads policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
