Mission Statement

This program is for those who are ready to make a difference in the community. Everyone who is involved are volunteers and are a part of this program because they want to make a difference . Time and dedication along with loyalty and communication are the biggest attributes. We are a program geared towards working with our youth and reconnecting the family unit. We assist with getting and connecting our community members with the resources that they need in order to maintain stability. Our approach is to model inclusion as well as adapt modelling family behavior in our environments to help encourage and more importantly show love and support to everyone we encounter,

We are here , NOT for income but for an outcome !!

The purpose of Destined for Greatness is to empower and motivate our youth ages 5 to 21. Our mission is to show these youth that no matter what their downfalls have been, there is always a way to rise up above the negatives. The DFG Mentoring Program provides tools to help youth truly become Destined for Greatness and walk into their destiny fully by tapping into their full potential and power they possess.

We educate, encourage, and empower the youth to do things that once may have seemed impossible to achieve. The goal is to build strong leaders and future professionals. We must stop the streets and crime from taking our future generations and turning them into mere statistics. Our topics include, but are not limited to: hygiene, self-esteem, education, and job readiness.

We are here for the outcome.
