Anything Helps is looking to grow our marketing team. We are currently looking for our next Director of Digital Marketing.

We believe that an organization that commits to helping society solve a problem also commits itself to the preservation of that same problem if it's existence hinges on society's continued need for it to be solved. That's why Anything Helps remains an all-volunteer non-profit and relies heavily on volunteer efforts like yours. 100% of our profits go directly towards our mission - providing clear paths to permanent homes for people experiencing homelessness in King County.

The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing, donor-friendly conceptual designs for a variety of communications collateral, including annual reports, brochures, case statements, direct mail solicitations, ads, ad campaigns and websites. Opportunities to help develop content and overall communications and campaign strategy, as well as to project manage will be available.

Anything Helps prioritizes mutually beneficial opportunities when recruiting volunteers - We want to provide an equal amount of value to you as you provide to us.

Skills needed/proficiency: Proficiency with Canva is preferred. Familiarity with social media marketing. Background in graphic design and marketing. Experience with website design a plus.

Mission Statement

Through technology, innovation and frontline work, Anything Helps wants to end homelessness in King County. Lead by people with lived experience of homelessness, we center the people we serve in everything we do. We won't quit until everyone is provided with a clear path to a safe, dignified and permanent home.

Description

All members of our outreach team are people with lived experience, and trained to find commonalities with the people they encounter. By doing this, the people we serve invite us into their lives. We walk alongside them, between service gaps and across silos, which allows us to establish trust and identify service gaps in the system. By simply asking what our clients need, not assuming or telling them what we think they need, their voice is naturally centered in everything we do. These experiences synthesize and the results drive our work.

Some of the services we've provided in the last year:

Supportive Outreach, Intensive Case Management, Housing Navigation, Frontline Service Provider Training, Crisis De-Escalation Training, Housing Retention, Landlord Liaison Program, Benefits Enrollment, Identification Procurement, Information and Referrals, Peer Support, By-Name List Generation.

As a non-profit organization in it's early years, it is a challenge for Anything Helps to jumpstart infrastructure necessary to operate. This includes liability insurance, equipment, email, our website, and staffing costs. We need to generate a reliable source of funding that allows us to pay our staff and our minimal expenses. This would allows us to provide consistent and quality care to our clients. We also need assistance with the development of organizational policies and procedures, some board mentorship, and a source of flexible funds to allow us to be expedient and adaptable to the needs of our clients.
