Looking for a few people that want to make a difference in the lives of our community members. We are in need of a few front desk receptionists to work in either our medical clinic or dental clinic. Responsibilities would include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the medical or dental staff.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.

The Conejo Free Clinic is a leader in the non-profit safety net for low-income, uninsured adults and children in Ventura County and North Los Angeles County.
The CFC’s all-volunteer team is the foundation of our patient care delivery system, consisting of over 100 physicians, nurses, dentists, dental specialists, attorneys, Private Practice Partners and support staff. All team members generously contribute their personal time and professional expertise. The quality of CFC care is highly respected because of this network that leverages optimal access to care for the best possible patient and client outcomes.
