We are an organization that supports Men with ADHD and raise awareness about this issue. We are looking for someone who has a passion about supporting Men's mental health awareness. We are newly formed (all relevant documentation filed and in place, and extremely thorough documentation for most aspects of the business) and while we have most of the infrastructure set up, we need someone with more nonprofit financial experience to balance out the other business skills that we have.

We are looking for a treasurer who has a financial based background and can perform the following duties:

Developing the budget, profit/loss, balance and cashflow methodologies and relevant reports.

Generating Financial Reports as they become relevant and present them to the board on a monthly/quarterly basis.

File relevant tax documentation at the appropriate times.

Advising the board on financial strategy and Fundraising. This includes advising on grant opportunities, identifying impulsive (we have ADHD remember?) expenditures, and identifying new opportunities for raising capital.

Eventually will be over the development one of the top priorities in our organization, a financial sub-committee.
