he Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to design and produce a wide range of materials, including print and digital assets, social media graphics, and promotional materials. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and a passion for design, with experience using a variety of design software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
- Design and produce a wide range of materials, including print and digital assets, social media graphics, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that designs align with the organization's brand and messaging
- Utilize a variety of design software and tools to create high-quality designs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
- Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance design goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills
- Proficiency with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
