The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain records, including filing and retrieving documents as necessary
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure that the organization runs smoothly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or other similar programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
