Project Coordinator, CFA - Unpaid Volunteering Position (at least 10 hours a week)

From all around the world, our volunteers are lending their time, talents, and unique perspectives to Harvard in Tech Seattle’s vision. Striving to make Tech accessible to people of all walks of life, our volunteers range from Havard Alumni, to students still in school, and professionals who are sharpening their Tech literacy. The Call For Action team is calling innovators, engineers, sociologists, and scientists to address social issues in the technology industry and help us curate innovations to solve these critical social problems.

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team.

What will you do at HiTS?

• Be a part of HiTS volunteer-based organization which tackles social issues through technology solutions
• Participate in the project planning and assist Program Manager on the project development
• Monitor the progress of the project and update the team on the status
• Plan, organize and make sure scheduled team meetings and updates happened
• Ensuring team members have the resources and database they need to complete their assigned tasks on time.

We are looking for:

• Have deep knowledge of multiple Project Management principles and experience coordinating technical projects
• Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to balance competing priorities and manage time in the face of numerous tasks/projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to enable effective and efficient delivery of projects
