Provide a professional, customer-focused, initial impression of the Society Key responsibilities are:
Serve as client’s ambassador focused on outstanding client services
Greet clients courteously and ascertain eligibility to apply for assistance
Assist client in determining required documents for interview
Enter or update client data in CAP
Manage phone calls and schedule appointments
Process inquiries and direct to appropriate program leads/referrals Process Quick Assist Loans (QAL)
Can choose to continue training and become a Caseworker. Leadership positions also available.

Monday or Wednesday, can be 4 or 5 hour shift

The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Services of the United States, eligible family members, and survivors when in need; and to receive and manage funds to administer these programs.
Description
As a non-profit, volunteer service organization, we use both financial and non-financial resources to identify solutions to meet emerging needs of Sailors, Marines, and their families. We help clients improve personal financial skills and encourage individual financial responsibility.
