Seeking volunteers who can assist with delivery of items to patients under hospice care -- Can you be that person who can deliver nutritional packages, supplies, or a heartwarming birthday bag to a hospice patient. Your service benefits our staff by allowing them to visit other patients rather than make deliveries and brings a much needed item to a patient in care as well as providing you with a feeling of satisfaction by doing something for someone else.

The mission of LifePath Hospice is to provide quality care and relieve the suffering of those in our community affected by life-limiting illnesses and end-of-life isues, so all may live as fully and comfortably as possible.
Description
LifePath Hospice offers guidance and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families as they travel on a new and unfamiliar path of life. With the assistance of medical professionals, counselors, clergy and trained volunteers, patients and families are cared for and educated on end-of-life issues in order to make this final journey as peaceful and comfortable as possible.
