Ÿ Observe the interactions between the non-custodial parents and children in a non-judgmental manner.

Ÿ Complete Observation documentation for records.

Ÿ Intervene when necessary to keep child safe, model appropriate parenting techniques as needed.

Ÿ Accept training and supervision from supervisor as needed; along with into training through Supervised Visitation Network.

Ÿ Advocate for the children as needed.

Ÿ Assist with grant writing and partnering with local agencies for contract funding.

Ÿ Assist and/or complete intake assessments for custodial and non-custodial parent before services.

Ÿ Assist with continual development of expanding the program to other parishes and days of visitation.

Ÿ Develop needed documents such as brochures, volunteer applications, etc..

Ÿ Respect the confidentiality agreement regarding client information and observations throughout the visit.
