Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in public speaking or comfortable sharing personal experiences with an audience.
• Passionate about youth development and community empowerment.
• Able to share real-life insights and practical advice on post-high school decisions, career pathways, and personal growth.
• Familiar with educational and career trends in their field.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking presentations tailored to a youth audience.
• Share personal career and educational stories to provide valuable insights into real-world decision-making.
• Provide information about institutions, certifications, degrees, and industry trends.
• Encourage and empower teens with actionable advice for their personal and professional growth.
• Participate in Q&A sessions to directly address teen questions and provide clarity on shared experiences.

Commitment:

• Flexibility to speak at in-person events or virtual webinars based on availability.
• Willingness to participate in pre-event coordination meetings for alignment on topics and expectations.
