Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Coordination: Organize and oversee project activities, resources, and personnel to ensure seamless execution.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between team members, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain project records, progress reports, and post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal utilization of resources, volunteers, and staff for maximum efficiency.
