ORGANIZATION: Schoolhouse Children's Museum & Learning Center

  • 9 people are interested

We are looking for energetic volunteers to join us on the weekends.

A lot goes on behind the scenes here at the museum to make our classes and programs amazing for our community!

Are you good with crafts, and don't mind getting a little messy?
Can you help set up for birthday parties (like setting up tables and chairs) and assist parents?
Can you help tidy up and put things away throughout the museum?

Under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator and the Weekend Manager, you might be: setting up the party room, assist birthday parents to bring food and party supplies into the Museum, help serve food and birthday cake, help clean up room afterward and also help put museum toys and props in their proper places during and after party. You may also be assigned tasks such as craft prep, cleaning , and other miscellaneous tasks.

We are looking for people who can come on a regular schedule on selected Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are interested, please let us know and we will send you the volunteer application.
