Shouldn't there be an app where people can get sick/injured animals help? Help us build that app! We are an uber-like app that allows people to send out emergency signals when they see distressed animals. On the back side, volunteers receive signals and can respond.

We are starting over: rebuilding the app in Flutter, then iterating it with additional features.

We are HelpAPaw.org, a small group of technology oriented people that care about animals.

While keeping the team small, we could use help from a few Senior Flutter developers. As we all do this as volunteers in our free time, you will work very independently so a solid previous experience (both with general SW development and with Flutter) will be needed. And as a small team, we unfortunately do not have the resources to train people.

So, we are looking for Senior Developers, specifically:
- 6+ years software development
- 2+ years Flutter development
- Dart experience
- Experience with native iOS & Android is a plus
- A strong desire to help animals
- Optionally: Interest in leading others
