Fundraising for Central YMCA's Annual Campaign

Every year, the YMCA raises money to help our at need community members gain access to programs that provide folks with opportunities they otherwise would not be able to afford. Our Y provides financial assistance (we help pay for) for memberships, youth sports, swim lessons, summer camp, after school programs, and more! We offer subsidized programs that are free or at a reduced cost that help improve our community's well being, including Livestrong (a cancer survivor program), Blood Pressure Self Monitoring Program, and Diabetes Prevention Program. These opportunities have the amazing potential to change lives for the better! What is even better is that all the money raised goes right back into the community. We are looking for folks who are interested in helping out our cause to and fundraise for Central YMCA's Annual Campaign goal of $300,000!

We will begin our campaign with a kick-off meeting on Thursday, February 2 from 6-8pm. In this meeting you will meet your fellow volunteer campaigners and learn our WHY, how to make the ask, and you'll receive all the tools you need to fundraise. From there, volunteers can get creative with ways to raise money for a great cause! Our campaign victory party will be held on Thursday, March 9 from 6-8pm.
