Arts In CT is sponsoring an event for girls of color in New London, CT. This event will be a three day event for young girls of color to help them identify with themselves in hair care, skin, nails, self-care, life, skills, nutrition, public, speaking, self empowerment, and more. This event is the first of many, but in order for us to have an a successful event, we need several people to help us with this event. if you are skilled in the following areas, please contact Arts In CT to assist us.

Arts in CT is a nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives of underserved members of our community by supporting artists, educating students about the arts and community building.
Arts in CT is committed to working within under-resourced neighborhoods. We believe that art can be used to solve social problems and create positive change for people who need it most. We support professional artists who bring their talents and experiences to our community. We also work with educators to make art part of their curriculum.
We are proud to have been able to grow from a passion project into a real organization that can make a difference in people's lives!
