The referral line team is the first contact a referring family makes when they reach out for help. This team receives incoming calls and gathers general information about the family to better understand the need. Since many of these calls are intimate conversations, a referral line member would need to be a great listener, an empathizer, and an encourager. This role can be done from anywhere and would involve being available one day a week for calls! We're looking to add three volunteers to this team.
