Our team provides the best care for our patients, now we need you to help us! At Traditions Health we want those who are selflessly looking to give their time to those who are in need. You and your family can offer companionship by sitting, playing games, walking or reading with someone.
Join our group as we assist the caregivers of those who are home bound. We've been known to help sweep the sand out of a room, work in the yard, water plants and even fix a sandwich!! The smallest of things we take for granted are exactly what we are looking to do for our patients.
