The nonpartisan League of Women Voters of Greater Los Angeles - we welcome everyone! - needs volunteers to learn how to do presentations about ballot propositions, help run candidate forums, and more tasks relating to creating an informed electorate. 2024 is around the corner! We will train you, your commitment will be based on your availability. Our planning meetings are on Zoom, get in touch, and we will loop you in.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government. It helps shape public policy through education and advocacy. Description
We are busiest at election time educating voters in a non-partisan manner. But throughout the year, we continue to do civic engagement, voter education, and a number of projects with partners regarding criminal justice reform, Los Angeles city charter reform, legislative interviews, and many more projects. We seek volunteers to help in all aspects of our work to support the democratic process.
