The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government. It helps shape public policy through education and advocacy. Description

We are busiest at election time educating voters in a non-partisan manner. But throughout the year, we continue to do civic engagement, voter education, and a number of projects with partners regarding criminal justice reform, Los Angeles city charter reform, legislative interviews, and many more projects. We seek volunteers to help in all aspects of our work to support the democratic process.
