Are you interested in serving the church congregation in Brantford? CPI Ministries is starting soon, and we would love to have you join our team to ensure that everyone feels welcomed, safe, secure, protected, and have their concerns attended to. Your service will be greatly appreciated. Below is the outline of what to expect:
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
*Set up and take down Assistance:* * Help with setting up chairs, tables, decorations, * Help with cleanup (before and after event) * Help other departments to set up to ensure that the event starts and ends on time and smoothly. * May be requested to lift heavy items * *Parking assistance: * * Assist attendees with parking

* *Ushers/greeters* * * Greet all guests and make them feel welcome. * Assist with protocol needs. * Assist attendees with special needs with the requested help. * Assist with offering collection. * Help guests get seated before or during the event in an orderly fashion * Assist at the information desk before, during and after the church service/event. * Help people from falling and harming themselves during deliverance and atlercall. * Watch for any people with special needs or offers of hospitality.
* *Security* * Ensure that all attendees and ministers are protected and safe before, during and after the event. * Be aware of the environment at all times and watch out for potential hazards, dangers, and life threatening outcomes. * Ensuring that everyone is safe by responding and assisting in case of emergencies such as fire, riot, natural disasters, missing persons ( mostly children), leaks, evacuation, etc.
* Report suspicious activities to team leader or 911 in case of emergencies.
