We are a small children's literacy nonprofit located in Over-the-Rhine, in need of an engaged Treasurer to help with our board revitalization, strategic planning, fundraising, et cetera. As Treasurer, you will help specifically help oversee the budget and create quarterly financial reports for the Board meetings, in cooperation with our Bookkeeper.
This is an opportunity to contribute to an established organization that's making big changes as it shifts its mission to children's literacy and looks toward the future.

To provide easy access for adults in the Over-the-Rhine area to achieve their literacy and life goals in an environment sensitive to their unique challenges.
Description
The OTR Learning Center is entering our 19th year of attacking the global problem of illiteracy locally, amongst the impoverished in the downtown area of Over-the-Rhine (OTR), Cincinnati.
We are excited to announce a Children's Literacy Project, with the aim to make sure all OTR children are reading on grade level by the end of Grade 3.
