We are currently seeking volunteers to provide community and support to our clients who are reentering society after being incarcerated. The volunteers would meet with the client once a week for an hour (schedule is determined amongst participants) to provide support in a safe environment, inspire personal growth and reflection, and decrease the chances of recidivism.

Supportive Housing

Our supportive housing model gives our clients the time that they need in a stable, safe environment to address the issues that led to their homelessness.

Job Training & Placement

Our Job Training and Placement Program addresses the need for homeless men and women to regain economic self-sufficiency. The program assists clients in finding and maintaining employment by offering job training, placement and education programs.

Social Enterprise:

Our Social Enterprise businesses - the Cafe Joshua kitchen and our Joshua Thrift Stores - allow us not only the opportunity to hire as many of our own clients as we can, but it affords our clients the opportunity to develop their hard and soft work skills in a supportive environment.
