  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to both in-house artists and external vendors to ensure the highest quality of art assets.

Process & Production Management:

  • Oversee technical aspects of the art team including art processes, tool usage, task definitions, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with lead programmers and producers to identify and mitigate risks in the production pipeline.
  • Develop and implement efficient pipelines and processes tailored to the project’s creative and technological needs.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Partner with production and senior management to align schedules, meet business objectives, and maintain a healthy team dynamic.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience & Education:

  • Proven experience as an artist with hands-on expertise in art tools and production.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; however, candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fine Arts or related fields are preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Keen eye for light, composition, color, anatomy, and overall visual detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex visual concepts for diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including proactive communication, meeting moderation, and the ability to oversee large, cross-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude with a passion for constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
