A team lead provides guidance to team members in one of the following areas:
-communication and marketing including eflyers, presentations, newsletters, branding, events, promotion, media, social media
-finance including planning, accounting, sources for funding, reporting
-people management including volunteer recruiting, training, retention and recognition
-technology support
-administration support-records, meetings, minutes etc.

We have 2 parts of the organization-the Hub and Disability.
Many individuals have ideas to give back to community but don't have the knowledge or skill to build a team, a plan, implement the plan and measure the results. Besides programs and resources we have a unique set of podcast interviews, 125 for the Hub .
