The Healthy Lifestyles VISTA will focus on Healthy Futures, implementing health and safety recommendations from the Alisal Vibrancy Plan (AVP) and will research and work to expand the nexus opportunities between the Parks, Recreation and Library Parks Master Plan and the AVP. The position will evaluate and strengthen healthcare and nutrition education, build implementation capacity of park and open space improvement programs in the Alisal, conduct outreach and engagement related to access to healthy foods, and seek nexus opportunities for park projects to fulfill both the PRLMP and AVP.
