The Eagle River/Florence Ranger District of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest is looking for a motivated volunteer to serve as a campground host at Morgan Lake Campground.


Morgan Lake campground has 18 family sites and one group camp site, located near Fence, Wisconsin in Florence County.


If you are interested in hosting at a campground located on the Florence County ATV trail system, then Morgan Lake Campground is just the right place for you. Campsites are situated both on and off the shoreline, but most offer views of the lake.


The 44-acre lake has plenty of good fishing for largemouth and smallmouth bass, as well as pan fish. The lake also provides a great place for your canoe, kayak or stand-up paddle board, as motors on the lake are prohibited. A boat landing and swimming beach is also available at this site.


There are 18 campsites and one group site available at Morgan Lake. Sites can be used for tents and RV camping. Each site has a campfire ring and a picnic table. Vault toilets and drinking water are also available. The campground has trash and recyclable's collection.
