Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for game campaigns and various projects across art, digital, marketing, and social media. This role plays a key part in managing digital ad campaigns, game launches, and ongoing updates for rockstargames.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-staged projects for the Art team and other creative departments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow project managers to assess bandwidth, set priorities, and ensure seamless coordination between teams.
  • Execution & Communication: Liaise with multiple departments to gather information, diagnose issues, and provide regular, timely updates to both teams and management.
  • Milestone Management: Identify key milestones, set clear expectations for the project team, and track progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Distribute resources efficiently across projects based on priority and availability while upholding the creative vision and high-quality standards across all outputs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • BA/BS degree in a design/management related field.
  • Proven project management experience in a creative department environment with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management software, as well as tools like Slack, Clockify, Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, and Blender.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and resource management skills, capable of effectively coordinating with diverse teams.
  • Experience with production in both print and digital spaces.
  • Familiarity with print and digital development processes.
  • Background in entertainment industries such as video games, film, television, or music.
  • A passion for kids and games.
