Reporting to the Meta volunteer of the Blockchain Project Team, the Business Analyst is an integral part in the success of CrowdDoing. The incumbent shall research current impact investment market/s as per the project needs and shall be responsible for analyzing the data to facilitate the decision-making process. He/She will research potential customers, programs, investors, accelerators, and other intermediary institutions and help the social enterprises to create solutions that help procure more funding and support to run the cause.
Responsibilities
Analyze top consumer rewards programs, understand their business models and their workflows
Design a new workflow suitable for current project requirements
Create a "paper prototype app" using Powerpoint.
Gather data about consumers, potential investors, accelerators, and other intermediary institutions.
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
Prepare wireframes, reports and present results to the project team.
Work with Stakeholders to elicit requirements and design suitable solutions
Participate in discussions in department-wide and smaller team meetings
Coordinate with project team members to triage and resolve issues
Meet requirements and deadlines, escalate risks that will directly impact project timelines and deliverables to the Project Manager
Skills/Qualification Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in finance/ economics/ business
2+ years of experience in any combination of business analysis roles in financial organizations
Experience with impact investing highly desirable
Experience in working with consumer products, especially non-physical consumer products preferred.
Exposure to the hotel sector or cryptocurrencies preferred.
Experience working with consumer rewards programs, for example airlines rewards programs is a plus.
Ability to work in a distributed team, managing multiple projects.
Comfortable with agile framework and strong project documentation skills.
