Our organization is looking for a Resource Mobilization Advisor. The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Institutional and high value fundraising.
  2. Proposal development and donor liaison.
  3. Donor Engagement.
  4. Management of fundraising.
He/She must be a person of high integrity with robust experience in resource mobilization for Not-for-profit organizations.

The mission of our organization it "To have a community that is economically empowered". Our organization envisioned a self-reliance and sustainability among the vulnerable community members.

Description

Orphans, Youth, Aged and Women Initiative (OYAWI) was established in 2019 and registered in 2020 by NGO-Coordination Board of Kenya. Current members of Board of Directors include professionals in different fields of expertise. OYAWI operates in the counties of Nairobi, Kajiado, Siaya, Homa Bay and Kakamega. The main aim of its establishment is to empower the vulnerable members of the society to decide and participate in development activities in our areas of jurisdiction

The objective of our organization is to empower and boost all needy orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs), youth, elderly and women across communities to learn and understand their rights hence undertake income generating activities for self-sufficiency and sustainability.


Our Objectives

To promote economic empowerment among vulnerable community members.
To promote food security initiatives through agripreneurships.
To support education through enrollment and retention of learners into learning institutions.
