Summary

This position is critical to the overall brand awareness and growth of our online higher education institute. This volunteer position works very closely with Senior Executives to ensure potential students and our community receive proper communication on admission dates, enrollment requirements, available courses, and the Institute as a whole.

Job Description

  1. Attending weekly Executive Staff Meetings.
  2. Develop marketing materials and content: social media, print, and other media.
  3. Report progress of enrollment and marketing goals.
  4. Ensure Institute meets enrollment goals each term.
  5. Update and oversee the official Emerald-Bleu Institute website and social media pages.
  6. Develop relationships with local businesses, Pastors, and other leaders to increase enrollment with the Institute.
  7. Build relationships with donors and donating entities.
  8. Ensure accurate external communication regarding student enrollment, course availability, and programmatic schedules.
  9. Communicate with prospective students or ensure proper communication has been made with students regarding questions or concerns.
  10. Collaborate with Vice Provost for Internal Affairs during the commencement and any other events that represent the Institute.
  11. Collaborate with Vice President of Resource Management to properly market crowdfunding and fundraising campaigns.
