SCORE workshop teams share their business acumen with their local community by leading educational workshops and seminars.

As a workshop team member, you’ll:

  • Create and deliver presentations in your community
  • Lead educational seminars, meetups and other networking events
  • Marketing, email and survey workshop registrants
  • Track the statistics on your workshop program

Providing FREE one-on-one business mentoring to start-up and growing companies for over 50 years. SCORE .. for the life of your business!


The Middlebury branch of SCORE Vermont is an all-volunteer organization serving the Addison County and surrounding areas in Vermont. Our home office is in Chittenden County with branches throughout the state, and including Montpelier, St. Albans, Rutland, and Manchester.

Our mentors have extensive and wide-ranging business experience and provide face-to-face and online mentoring for new and existing businesses.

We also offer local workshops, roundtables and seminars covering topics such as how to write a business plan, creating a marketing strategy, business valuations, preparing for funding, and so much more.

Whether you have an idea or a new business you would like to explore, you are starting a new business and need guidance, or you have an existing business and are trying to weather the current economic climate, SCORE can help you realize your dream.
