Volunteers Urgently Needed for the Following Positions in Your Community: Red Cross Volunteers

One of the greatest gifts you can give is your time. The Red Cross has hundreds of ways your resolve to volunteer can help prevent and alleviate human suffering. Here are some highlights!

Disaster Action Team Member: Assist individuals and families who have been impacted by a home fire or other local disaster Preferred commitment: monthly on-call shift

Blood Donor Ambassador: Help save lives in your community by supporting blood collection at a local blood drive Preferred commitment: 1 shift (4-5 hours) per month

Disaster Health Services: Health professionals are needed in shelters to provide hands-on care, health education, health assessments and additional health-related support
