Recruiting Organization: bridging Cultural Gaps

We are a small BIPOC led grassroots nonprofit that is looking to grow. We are looking for a donor/fund developer to help us expand operations nationally and eventually internationally. There is opportunity for volunteer to employment after successful expansion.


Responsibilities

Develop and execute BCG's annual fundraising plan

Secure financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations

Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors

Creating and executing a strategy for a large sustained base of annual individual donors

Overseeing organization of special events

Developing and tracking proposals and reports for all foundation and corporate fundraising

Help bring awareness and support for BCG's programs

Time commitment is approximately 4-8 hours/week.
