Recruiting Organization: National LGBTQ Task Force

Purpose: The Exhibitor Manager will be responsible for assisting the WPF Director of Partnerships with

meeting sales goals for exhibitor space for WPF with a particular focus on sponsor engagement during

the festival.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Pre-Festival

● Plan and sale exhibitor space for all WPF events

● Develop goals and outcomes for each exhibition

● Lead all exhibitor promotional sales activities for events

● Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure

everything is in orde

○ Engagement During-Festival

● Manage all exhibition planning, coordination and timelines with key other WPF Committees

specifically working with logistics, marketing, and venue operations staff

● Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes

● Communicate in writing and verbally to exhibitors the set-up process for venue before they

arrive to event location

● Ensure event exhibitor space runs smoothly and resolve any problems that might occur

● Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
