Position Summary

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining great relationships with community organizations to share how our digital products can support their work, how they can provide feedback to improve our digital products, and learn more about their pain points to gather additional insights on how we can better support community organizations through our digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduated or enrolled in a University degree, College diploma or certificate program
• Have an interest in either sales, marketing, stakeholder engagement, urban planning or a related field
• You have great interpersonal skills and are comfortable with public speaking
• Possess creative skills, the ability to think outside of the box, and are adaptable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You experience rejection as an opportunity to learn and adapt
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a passion for innovation and building strong communities
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to keep on top of workload
• Able to commit to one year with the organization
• Sound computer skills including operating Google Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
