Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio launched The Playhouse Project in 2019, a program that allows Habitat MidOhio to partner with sponsors to build playhouse for local families- providing children with a safe place to play and imagine what home means to them. Funds raised through this program go towards building new houses right here in Central Ohio.
Help is needed at our warehouse to create playhouse kits for upcoming builds! Tasks include cutting kit pieces and partial assembly of some pieces. All supplies will be provided.
Since this shift involves the use of power tools, you must be 18 years or older to volunteer. Preferred qualifications: General construction knowledge and comfort with power tools.

Description
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), and the Central Ohio Affiliate, is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry. Habitat affiliates work locally in communities around the world to select and support homeowners, organize volunteers, and coordinate house building.
Supporting Habitat for Humanity - MidOhio is Habitat’s ReStore, a retail outlet that accepts and re-sells reusable home improvement materials to the general public. Revenue from sales directly offsets Habitat’s administrative costs and assists in both eliminating substandard housing and creating homeownership in Central Ohio.
