Bridge is a patient centered boutique hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care.

A compassionate touch can go a long way for those in need of comfort and solace. Sometimes all a patient in distress needs is someone to hold their hand. Other times a light massage from a trained individual makes all the difference. If you are a Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Healing Hands Advocate or any other touch-based modality, the Bridge Volunteer Team would love to work with you.

Mission Statement
Bridge Home Health & Hospice is looking for volunteers dedicated and compassionate about making a difference by providing companionship to our terminally ill patients. Bridge volunteers conduct friendly visits with patients and help them in their daily lives by conducting social visits, reading aloud, playing musical instruments, playing cards/games, caregiver relief, veteran to veteran companionship, etc. Volunteers can also provide compassionate remote services such as phone calls, letter writing, sending cards, etc. Volunteer visits and phone calls make a huge impact and truly enrich the lives of our patients and their loved ones. Bridge provides all training needed to be an effective volunteer by outlining our basic policies and procedures during our onboarding process. You can be sure that once you go on your first visit, you will be prepared. Requirements Include: A clean record, TB test, a great attitude and desire to make a difference!
