Bridge Home Health & Hospice is looking for volunteers dedicated and compassionate about making a difference by providing companionship to our termianlly ill patients. Bridge volunteers conduct friendly visits with patients and help them in their daily lives by providing social visits, reading aloud, playing musical instruments, playing cards/games, watching television, caregiver relief, or just being a listening ear for them to tell their stories.
Bridge provides all training needed to be an effective volunteer by outlining our basic policies and procedures during our onboarding process.You can be sure that once you go on your first visit, you will be prepared.
Requirements Include: A clean record, TB testing, drug screening (for those wishing to visit patients in person), a great attitude and a desire to make a difference.

- We require volunteers to commit to providing a minimum of two hours of volunteer time a month for at least a year. Volunteers make their own schedule.
