Achieving greatness in the nonprofit sector requires a strong community of individuals dedicated to service-individuals like you. However, for a small organization striving to make a significant impact, the task of recruiting volunteers for various programs, events, and specialized activities can be time-consuming.
SFUU is seeking a team of volunteers to assist in recruiting additional volunteers for specific events and tasks, both virtual and onsite.
The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficient writing skills
- Self-motivation
- Timely responses to inquiries from prospective volunteers
This team will be responsible for:
- Recruit volunteers.
- Conduct interviews with interested candidates before submitting their profiles to the Executive Director for final vetting.
- Maintain consistent communication with offsite volunteers who generously dedicate their time to advancing SFUU's mission.

Good day, my name is Marquita, and I serve as the Executive Director of SFUU. Although our organization is relatively new, we are eager to make a significant impact within our community.
We believe that enhancing family stability contributes significantly to the overall stability of the community. Seeing and supporting every individual who seeks our help, understanding their unique circumstances, and working together to overcome barriers.
We want to give those who come to us for help a sense of hope, a place to turn when it seems like all hope is lost, a place to be heard, not judged and to know that we see you. Never overlooking those in our community that must choose between keeping a roof over their heads and or putting food on their tables all while trying to make sense of the obstacles of life put before them.
