Human Health Project (HHP)’s has a three- pronged foundation: Holistic Peer-to-Peer Information, Education and Support. We are looking for an energetic, self-directed, and organized Shared Patient Information Program Coordinator who will be tasked with a) Scheduling of and leading weekly team meetings b) Project management of the tasks to be undertaken by the RWD research and Data Analysis teams c) Liaising with the HHP Tech Team d) Liaising with the HHP Development/fundraising team e) Managing RWD promotional plans in collaboration with the marketing team f) Analysis of outcomes and metrics data and sharing them with HHP team members and management. You will play a pivotal role in growing the reach of our organization and connecting with thought leaders in HHP and the peer to peer community.
Ideal candidates for this position should be creative and web savvy. Ultimately, the outstanding Shared Patient Information Program Coordinator should have a firm grasp of real world data, be comfortable with coordinating, and understand the importance of maintaining organized records.
Shared Patient Information Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Work with team members across HHP to determine RWD program objectives and strategy
- Manage the recruitment of Shared Patient Information Program program volunteers
- Lead team calls agreeing deliverables with team members
- Liaise with the tech and marketing teams in relation to the release and promotion of new RWD features on the mobile/laptop apps
- Liaise with with Development team in relation to fundraising activities
- Manage and analyze outcomes surveys and metrics and create reports and share them with the team and HHP leadership with recommendations
Shared Patient Information Program Coordinator Requirements:
- Understanding of Real World Data
- Understanding of the peer to peer patient landscape
- Understanding of the ePatient movement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Firm grasp of business communications etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies
