Assist our West Region offices with various clerical duties as assigned including filing, paperwork, organizational tasks, answering phone(main line), and taking messages. Occasional event preparation help (creating signage, goodie bags, etc.) may also be possible when volunteering.

Flexible shifts are available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, though we request a minimum 3-4 hour commitment per day. This opportunity will be in-person and on-site at our Dimension office on Walnut Street in Pasadena.

We are looking to split the shifts among 3 volunteers; each volunteer will be given one 4hr shift per week.

Please note that all Villa Volunteers will need proof of vaccination status to volunteer in person.

  • Orientation or Training
