Prospect Park Zoo Education Assistant

Assist Conservation Educators during our weekday Education Classes and Outdoor Adventures, as well as weekend Family Programs, Nature Play activities, and Birthday Parties. Bring your love of teaching and learning to our programs! Education Assistants sign up for shifts on an as-needed basis. Volunteer throughout the year or for just a season.

Education Assistants can also train for other Volunteer Specialties, including WCS Conservation Ambassadors and Interpreters, Expedition Leaders, and Sea Lion Narrators.
