Aloha volunteers :) We are a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming our world through indigenous wisdom. As part of this mission we are setting up a new wild conservation&retreat space. A space where humanity can practice giving back to the environment while deepening our connection to nature to aid in the healing of mental health. Our philosophy is that the protection of our natural world and the resolution of our social ills will only be solved when we reform our connection to the wild natural world.
Come out and visit and/or camp out in a beautiful inspiring nature reserve amongst towering cedar trees and grand oaks, with a creek running through...where the deer play. Breathe the fresh air, take in the beautiful sunsets over the distant mountain peaks and relax by the fireside. We have various tasks that need to be tackled like digging, collecting/cutting wood, making trails, brush clearing, trash cleanup etc. We have some camping equipment if you need it.
p.s. I should mention for those not used to outback camping, our bathroom facilities consist of an outdoor compost toilet
