We would love to have you as a volunteer assistant. By helping us remotely you will be providing administrative support to our Executive Director by scheduling appointments, contacting film and media, following up with victims’ families’ and helping to organize investigators and team.

Your volunteer work helps us raise awareness and help families who can’t afford to pay for professional investigators to help solve their family's unsolved murder. With your help, the charity gains the benefit of additional hands and minds in the service of the missing and unsolved. Volunteers gain invaluable insights into our law enforcement system and how it works, along with the opportunity to improve the quality of these injustices through their work, attitude, and concern for the suffering of others. Volunteering is also a great way to give back to the community, turn a volunteer position into salaried employment, and the chance to network with people in the film industry.

Mission Statement

FPI Justice for Victims Families is an 501(C)(3) American social justice advocacy nonprofit, based in Pinehurst, Texas, and team of real-life investigators with the ability to respond throughout the United States and Canada. The organization’s core mission centers on solving the systemic issues surrounding unresolved homicides, helping reunite missing loved ones, advancing mental health awareness, providing essential grief support and advocating the cause of unsolved injustices.

Description

Our work supports the bipartisan Homicide Victims’ Families Rights Act of those directly impacted by unsolved homicides because in trying to get their case resolved, victims’ families do not have the reforms needed at the national and local levels. The proposed legislation allows family members to request a fresh review by federal law enforcement personnel who were not involved in the original investigation. The bill directs federal law enforcement agencies "to review the case file" and to conduct "a full reinvestigation. The same "reviewing" and "reinvestigation" FPI Justice for Victims Families is currently performing.

FPI Justice for Victims Families is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization based in Montgomery County Texas with the ability to respond throughout the United States and Canada.
