The Scrum Master / Project Manager for CrowdDoing's Nature Counter project will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, grooming and maintaining the backlog, and helping the team achieve their sprint goals by reinforcing good Scrum principles and practices. They will also work to eliminate impediments and remove blockers, ensuring that the team can focus on achieving their objectives. To be successful in this role, the Scrum Master should have at least one year of Scrum Master experience leading a software development or engineering team, and should be certified in CSM or another Agile certification. They should also have hands-on experience with Agile tools, and have a strong understanding of Agile concepts and techniques. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on public health by helping to promote the benefits of nature and encourage people to spend more time in nature.
