ORGANIZATION: National Church Residences Rose Crest Village

Our senior community is in need of volunteers to assist with a variety of projects:

  • Senior Companion - Some seniors’ health prevents them from getting out and socializing. Keep them from feeling isolated by going for a visit, bringing over a meal to share or renting their favorite movie for you to watch together. Offer to run errands for those seniors who can no longer drive. Offer to complete small handyman and around-the-house chores.
  • Bingo Caller - Assist residents with their weekly bingo games.
  • Music - Music has been shown to positively affect quality of life for seniors. Volunteer to perform or provide lessons.
  • Administrative - Assist our local Service Coordinator with small administrative tasks. Includes requesting donations from local businesses, delivering notices to residents, filing, and assisting with planning events.
  • Housekeeping - Assist residents and staff with light housekeeping chores.

1 Shift

  • 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM CST - FULL
    Volunteer any day M-F for any amount of time between 9a-4p
