Youth Impact Center is nonprofit dedicated to providing academic and athletic programming for all youth. The YIC Tutoring and Academic Assistance program is in need of volunteers who are seeking to give back to students in the community. Volunteer tutors are not required to have an educational background or experience. Each volunteer is expected to help students with homework and assist in providing tutoring through games and other academic programs. YIC serves all grade levels from 1st to 12. Volunteers will also undergo a simple background check. Tutoring hours are Monday-Thursday from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Any amount of time would be helpful.
